Genetic Testing (Coming Soon!)
We partner with Genesight to see how your unique DNA might affect the way medications work in your body, which can help avoid costly and time-consuming medication trials. You have enough trials in your life! Genesight does not bestow a diagnosis; it helps to rule out medications that may not be as effective and narrow down those that may be more beneficial for your genetic makeup.

What to expect:
-
A kit will be mailed to your home by Genesight within two days of the order being processed
-
A quick and easy cheek swab then send it back
-
Get your results within two weeks
-
Huzzah!
Emotional Support Animal Letter
An emotional support animal (ESA) letter is a formal proclamation from licensed mental health professionals (like us!) asserting that you have a qualifying mental health condition that is alleviated by an animal companion's presence. We'll collaborate for a few sessions before deciding whether or not to officially make your furry friend an integral part of your ongoing quest for better mental health.

What to expect:
-
Your needs will be discussed during the psychiatric intake as well as how an ESA may support your treatment.
-
Your ability to care for the animal will also be assessed.
-
Please note: ESAs are different from service animals and do not have the same access rights.

IA ESA Guidelines:
-
Landlords must waive any pet weight, breed, and size restrictions for ESAs.
-
Landlords cannot charge extra deposits or fees for ESAs.
- Landlords must allow ESAs even in buildings with “no pets” policies, as long as the animal isn’t a safety risk or causing property damage.
